The DIET is necessary for maintenance of the health. You should challenge a diet if you feel that you gain weight. It becomes very likely that I suffer from hyperlipemia and arteriosclerosis when there is it in a state of the corpulence. However, it has bad influence on health that the person who is not fat does diets more than required.
Exercise
The excercise is the means that is effective in diet. There is various excercise in the world, but it is aerobic excercise that is particularly effective for a diet. Because we burn fat while kaking oxygen in a body, the aerobic execercise can perform an efficient diet.
Junk food
The Junk food is food that only a calorie is high, and nutritive value is low. You may gain weight when you eat only junk food. The most important thing to take a good meal of balance in a diet.
